LOS ANGELES, California – June 15, 2026 – CGL LLP announced today the expansion of its services to include Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution, enabling the firm to support clients through the full lifecycle of business risk, from formation, fundraising, contracting, hiring, and transactions to disputes when they arise.
Since its founding, CGL has served as a strategic legal partner to businesses, founders, investors, and in-house legal teams across corporate, commercial, employment, privacy, intellectual property, M&A, and outside general counsel matters. The addition of commercial litigation and dispute resolution capabilities allows clients to continue working with a legal team that already understands their business, contracts, personnel, history, and commercial objectives when conflicts arise.
